An entrepreneur’s path

An entrepreneur’s path

For over 25 years I’ve worked as an entrepreneur across different industries, including medico-esthetics: sales representative, trainer and business owner.

I’ve lived the reality on the ground from many angles: investments, negotiations, team management, hiring, sales, technology, suppliers, profitability and daily challenges.

That experience now lets me support owners and teams with a 360°, strategic, concrete and independent view.

My approach

Understand before recommending

Every business is different. Before proposing a strategy, a technology or an investment, I first seek to understand what works, what could be improved and where the real opportunities are.

  1. 01

    See

Step back and identify what may be escaping you.

  2. 02

    Prioritize

Focus on what will have the most impact.

  3. 03

    Decide

    Evaluate the options objectively.

  4. 04

    Optimize

Make better use of what’s already in place.

  5. 05

    Implement

    Turn decisions into concrete actions.

  6. 06

    Measure

Check results, adjust and keep moving forward.

An independent view

The best decision for your reality

My role is to help you make the best decision for your business and your reality. That might mean improving what you already have, revisiting a way of working, training your team, structuring an offer or evaluating a new opportunity.

And when a new technology or a new service truly makes sense, I can also support you to:

  • Validate the need and the potential
  • Analyze costs, profitability and possible returns
  • Compare the options
  • Negotiate the terms
  • Prepare an implementation strategy

Offers that make sense

Adding a service isn’t enough. You also need to know how to position it, structure it and sell it. I can help you build or revisit your packages and offers so they are:

  • Clearer
  • Easier to present
  • Better suited to your clientele
  • Aligned with your goals
  • Profitable

“Don’t buy anything for now.”

Sometimes that will be my best advice. Because a good decision isn’t necessarily the one that requires the biggest investment — it’s the one that answers the right problem, at the right time.

01

Understand before recommending.

02

Optimize before adding.

03

Measure before investing.
